Phat Fish Brewing

Phat Fish Brewing is a brewery and pizzeria in Dickinson that calls itself the town’s hometown brewery. Every beer is brewed in-house, and every pizza is baked on site. The name comes from a young boy’s excitement over catching his first fish, which he proudly called a phat fish. Phat means excellent, and the owners adopted the word for both the brewery and its beer. The kitchen makes hand-tossed pizzas, from classic pies to loaded specialties such as the ND Popper and the Bakken Taco Pizza, along with shareable appetizers, all meant to pair with a rotating lineup of Phat Fish beers. The family-friendly taproom has a large patio, and guests order at their own pace from an order station or by QR code. Food, beer and growler fills can be ordered online for pickup. Phat Fish also offers axe throwing and a simulator.
