Drekker Brewing Company is a Fargo brewery and taproom that calls itself Fargo’s super mega weird brewery, with the motto Weird Is the Way. The team describes itself as a band of misfits set on creating experiences and defying expectations. Its brewers combine real ingredients with unconventional chemistry to make everything from traditional-style lagers and juicy IPAs to some of the funkiest sours around. Beyond its core styles, Drekker makes ales, sours, porters, barrel-aged stouts and a Super Mega Funk line of multi-cultured sour ales. Its beer is distributed, and fans can find it in stores using an online beer finder. The brewery offers tours and rents event space, and it hosts events for both adults and all ages. Drekker is attached to Brewhalla, a complex with food, drinks, shopping, lodging and entertainment. The brewery also sells merchandise such as shirts, hoodies, jackets, drinkware and hats.
