Half Brothers Brewing Company

Half Brothers Brewing Company is a craft brewery and taproom in Grand Forks. The owners spent about 15 years building their brewing skills before opening, and they worked with local artists and professionals to create the space. The taproom pours a varied lineup of house beers. Recent examples include a blueberry blonde ale, a red ale called Lumberjack Snack, a coffee brown ale called Bully Brew and Walleye Will’s, a wheat ale made with peanut butter and jalapeño. Sours appear on the list as well, such as Harvester of Sour. Guests can build a flight of four samples, and beer is sold both for the taproom and to go. Food comes from Mom’s Pizza, and food can be ordered online. The brewery also runs a soda shop called Fizzy Pop, sells apparel and gift cards and hosts events.
