Drift Prairie Brewing Co

Drift Prairie Brewing Company is a craft brewery and restaurant in Jamestown. It takes inspiration from the surrounding prairie and aims to brew beers that reflect the flavors of the region. The brewers combine traditional techniques with creative touches and use ingredients sourced from North Dakota whenever possible. The lineup is meant to cover a wide range of tastes, from crisp lagers to complex ales, hop-forward IPAs, malty stouts and experimental brews. Drift Prairie also makes its own seltzers and hard lemonades and keeps guest taps. The family-friendly taproom has a rustic look and a full food menu, and food can be ordered to go. The owners describe the brewery as a community gathering place for friends and neighbors, as well as travelers passing through Jamestown. Its tagline is Crafting Beer and Community.
